We are located in Pearland, TX - a few minutes south of downtown Houston, TX. We love to travel and will consider locations outside of the greater Houston area. Travel within 25 mile radius of 77584 is included in our packages. Mileage above 50 total miles will be charged $2/mile for each additional mile.
We can supply everything needed for your mobile bar/bartending service. Depending on what package you choose our services include; standard cups (Tossware as an upgraded option) straws, napkins, ice, coolers, garnishes, homemade syrups, fresh squeezed juices, friendly experienced bartenders and personalized menu signage!
No, we do not have a liquor license so cannot sell liquor in the State of Texas. We are merely a bartending service with a cute bar. Alcohol is not included in our pricing and must be supplied by the event host(s). We will work with you to help create a menu and provide you with a shopping guide. The good news...we aren't marking up your alcohol and you can purchase where you like (saving you money overall).
The Belle Boot, LLC. carries liquor liability and general liability insurance to cover our services. All of our bartenders are TABC certified and have their food handlers permits. We do not carry a liquor license since we do not sell alcohol.
It is always better to book in advance to be sure that the date you want is confirmed. Our most popular event date is Saturdays and those tend to book months in advance. Belle, our 2-horse trailer bar, is in high demand so we suggest booking your date 6 to 8 months in advance if you want her at your event. In our area, March-June and September-December is the busy wedding/holiday seasons so those weekends will go quickly. Be sure to inquire and get your date reserved if your event will fall within these months.
No, since we do not have a liquor license we cannot collect money in exchange for alcoholic beverages. This includes any sort of tickets that are sold in advance for purchase of drinks. If you are a non-profit, please reach out and we can discuss options for your event.
